I set some bait on a shady sandbank to attract nymphalids and the day after, I arrived to find an unusual small butterfly on the bait. From far, it ressembled a Mycalesis but it has such prominent w.hite markings on its hindwings that I couldn't make out what it was until it took flight and settled on a plant nearby - a Palmfly (and a rare jungle species!). All above photos taken on 30 May 2013 @ noon.
